The complete guide lives in the app: Profile → Help → How to use Days Away. It covers your first trip, pasting or sharing a booking confirmation, flights on the day of travel, passports, packing, sharing with the family, widgets, backups and what is free or Plus.

Something not working?

• A flight is not found: check the flight number and the date; timetables usually appear a few months ahead. Add it by hand if needed.
• The widget shows an old trip: open the app once, or remove and re-add the widget.
• Plus is not recognised after reinstalling: Profile → Free and Plus → Restore a purchase.
• To remove everything: Profile → Delete all data on this phone.
