01The problem

Owning a home in another country means running it through other people's messages: a photo in a chat, a cost in an email, a verbal 'all fine' from a caretaker. When something breaks — or when the insurer asks for history — there is no record.

02What we built

AwayWatch is the owner record for homes you run from far away. Every visit, every cost and every issue is logged in one place, with photos and dates, so the owner sees what happened, what it cost and what needs attention — from another continent.

03Under the hood

A web platform built for two kinds of users — owners and the people on site — with roles, photo evidence and a timeline that becomes the house's history. EU-hosted, GDPR-ready.

04Where it stands
