01The problem
Every household runs on paperwork — insurance policies, IDs, contracts, payslips, tax letters — and almost nobody has it under control. It lives in drawers, inboxes and photo rolls, and surfaces only when it is urgently needed and cannot be found.
02What we built
PaperOrg is a private paperwork assistant. Documents go in by scan, upload or email; the system reads them, understands what they are, sorts them into the right place and makes them findable by asking in plain language. It grew into a family of products: PaperOrg Pay delivers payslips encrypted and sealed from the fiduciaire to each employee, PaperOrg B2B brings the same engine to accounting, legal and advisory firms, and the iPhone apps put the scanner and the answers in your pocket.
03Under the hood
Document understanding and classification with AI, full-text search inside scanned PDFs, encryption at rest, EU data residency and GDPR by design. Web platform plus native iOS apps sharing one backend.
04Where it stands
PaperOrg, PaperOrg Pay, PaperOrg B2B and two iPhone apps are live today, serving families and firms in five languages — Luxembourgish, French, German, English and Portuguese.
